Obituary of Lossie Watson Tolbert
Also surviving are a daughter, Mildred Gregory of Canton, N.C. ; four sons, Henry and Bobby Medlin of Canton, Joe Bill Medlin of Columbus, Ga. and Winfred Medlin of Okinawa; a sister, Mattie Garner of Ware Shoals; five brothers, Sam, Luther, Homer and J.B. Medlin of Ware Shoals and I vie Medlin of Western Union; nine grandchildren; four greatgrandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Wells Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pisgah View Memorial Park. MRS LOSS IE TOLBERT Mrs. Lassie M. Tolbert, of 275 New Market St., died Friday in Columbia. She was a daughter of the late John T. and Salley Watson. She was a graduate of Benedict College and attended A ft T University. She was a retired teacher and a member of Reedy River Baptist Church, Greenville. Surviving are her husband, the Rev. T.R. Tolbert of Columbia ; a son, Charles T. Tolbert of Columbia ; a sister, Thelma J. Robinson of Philadelphia, Pa.; two brothers, Daniel S. and Willis S. Watson of Aiken; three grandchildren; a greatgrandchild. Services will be Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary, Greenville, with the Rev. Coureton officiating.
