Marion Courtney k NINETY SIX Marion Clinton "Ace" Courtney, 73, of 303 Port Royal Dr., husband of Ardis Mi-jfrck Courtney, died March 25, 1997, at the VA Medical Center in Augusta. Born in Detroit, Mich., he was a son of the late jClinton and Mabel Keel Courtney. He was retired ;from Daniel Construction Company and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Coronaca Baptist Church. ; Surviving, in addition to his wife of the home, are nm InnnKtare Ciivonu innrtnV rtf Ninptv Kir QTlH Marian Wilson of Cross Hill; a brother, Robert Knox Df Bellaire, Texas; four grandchildren; and a greatgrandchild. Services will be at 4 p.m. Friday at Harley Funeral Home with the Rev. Wade Burton and the Rev. Nelson Stokes officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jay Wilson, Buddy Lee, Jim Ashley, John Still, Julian Wilson and Jim Buchanan. Honorary escort will be Kenneth Flowe.
