He was assisted by Dr. R. Bryce Herbert of Florence, uncle of the groom. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

Donald Edwin Witherspoon of Chinquapin, Greenwood. She was graduated in June from Columbia College with a B.A. degree in psychology, after having attended three years. Mr. Anderson is a son of Thomas Carson Anderson Jr.

of Forest Hills, Greenwood, and the late Louise Dowling Ander-on. He is a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Carson Anderson of Greenwood County. He was graduated in Mav fmm seriously ill at Myrtle Beach Hospital for a number ot weeks was scheduled to return home today.
