To Receive Funds RALEIGH (AP)-North Carolina's state-supported colleges and universities would receive about $11 million under a $17.9 million bond issue introduced Wednesday in the General Assembly. The bond issue, which would not require a vote of the people, would be for capital improvements.

The remainder of the money would go to the community college program, the state ports and the department of administration. The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill would receive the largest amount, $2, 830,000. Of, this, $1,880,000 would be for a new UNC Law School building and $950,000 a new English Department building.
